That’s us.
The TORTOUR is the largest multi-day non-stop ultracycling event in the world. The bike race with start and finish in Zurich demands everything from cyclists and their crew: In just two days, a 1000-kilometer non-stop race route over several Alpine passes around Switzerland has to be mastered – day and night, solo or in a team. In addition, the TORTOUR Gravel is the first multi-day stage race on gravel roads and has been held since 2016. Solo or in teams of 2, the participants complete a total of 180 kilometers – on the most beautiful gravel routes in Switzerland.

TORTOUR
We are the world’s largest multi-day non-stop ultracycling velo race, in which cyclists and their crews tackle a 1000-kilometer route over Alpine passes in Switzerland in just two days, day and night, non-stop, solo or in a team. The TORTOUR Gravel, a counterpart for off-road crazy ultracycling enthusiasts, has also been available since 2016.
ETHOS
Security, commitment, sustainability & fairness are important success factors of the TORTOUR. We subject all work to these key terms and ensure a high-quality event for our participants, helpers and partners. We encourage people to enjoy endurance sports and are politically, financially and religiously independent.
helper
You are a key player at the TORTOUR! We are always looking for motivated helpers to accompany our athletes on their journey through Switzerland.
Working as a volunteer promises a varied experience as part of the TORTOUR community: in addition to road bike action, a motivated team, fun and the unique opportunity to experience an ultra-cycling velo race up close, there are attractive volunteer gifts.
